The central building of the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in Zagreb is located at Šalata 3. At Šalata 3 and the surrounding campus the premedical and basic medical departments are located. Clinical courses are taught mostly in hospital departments: University Hospital Centre Zagreb (at Šalata, Rebro, Jordanovac, and Petrova locations), University Hospital Centre Sestre Milosrdnice, University Hospital Merkur, and University Hospital Dubrava as well as in other health care institutions, such as the University Hospital for Infectious Diseases, University Hospital Sveti Duh, University Psychiatric Hospital Vrapče, etc. The Family Medicine course and public health courses are held at the Andrija Štampar School of Public Health (Rockefeller St.) and health centres.

Almost all teaching bases have their own libraries. They are especially well-equipped libraries, with student study rooms. The libraries located in the central building and the Andrija Štampar School of Public Health also provide access to computer rooms.

A student restaurant is located in the central building.

The UZSM will implement corrective actions to address the inaccessible content of its website to the maximum extent possible after training employees to create, manage, and maintain website content and software solutions for mobile devices in accordance with the Act, which will be coordinated by the Central State Office for the Digital Society Development in cooperation with the National School of Public Administration, Information Commissioner and the Croatian Union of Associations of Persons with Disabilities.
