Department for Science, Knowledge Transfer and Innovation is located on the ground floor at Šalata 2.

Department for Science, Knowledge Transfer and Innovation is a central project oversight, governance, and support hub. It provides administrative and all necessary assistance in preparing and submitting project applications to various international and national programs. It streamlines multiple project management processes and methodologies throughout all project phases.

Duties and tasks of the Department are:

•             monitors and informs researchers about open calls,

•             helps in preparing project applications,

•             advises researchers in all phases of the project,

•            collects all necessary documentation required for contracting and implementing the project,

•             keeps records of approved project applications,

•             ensures the administrative and financial management of the project,

•             communicates regularly with all national, University, and School bodies,

•             regularly participates in info days, workshops, and conferences related to project management,

•             provides administrative support for ethics and scientific comittees listed below:
