Between March 1 and March 10, 2026, participants will receive feedback on whether their abstract has been accepted.
If the abstract is accepted, a poster must be prepared.
Poster submission will be open from March 10 at 6:00 pm to March 20 at 6:00 pm.

Poster instructions
The poster must be prepared in PowerPoint and saved as PDF.
The slide orientation should be set to landscape.
The file name must follow this format: Name-Surname-CROSS.pdf
Please use a clear, readable font (e.g. Arial, Calibri, or similar).
Ensure that text size is large enough to be easily read from a distance.
Keep the layout clean and well structured, avoiding overcrowding of text or images.
References for all images and graphs used must be included on the poster.
You can use the attached poster template, but you are also free to modify the design.
Duration of presentation
The presentation of case reports, literature reviews, and scientific research will last 3 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions.
