Applications are open for the participation of teaching-research staff, 4^th- to 6^th-year medical students, and postgraduate students in the European Reference Network on Rare Multisystemic Vascular Diseases (VASCERN) Erasmus+ blended intensive programme (BIP) VASCERN Summer School 2027 - the online activities are scheduled from February to May 2027 while its on-site activities will be in Paris, France from 13 to 18 September 2027.

No later than 20 October 2026 until 11:59 p.m., all candidates must complete an online application form and upload the following documents:

1. Short motivational letter in English or Croatian (up to 400 words),
2. CV on the Europass form in English or Croatian (https://europa.eu/europass/hr/create-europass-cv).

The criteria for the student selection are the motivational letter and participation in extracurricular activities focused on cardiovascular medicine.

The criteria for the teaching-research staff are the motivational letter and the purposefulness of their participation in the VASCERN Summer School 2027 to their teaching and research career.

As per the University of Zagreb, School of Medicine can select up to 5 participants who will receive financial scholarship through the Erasmus+ BIP call.

Note for the 6^th-year medical students: During the on-site section of the BIP (13-18 September 2027) the students are required to be enrolled in the School of Medicine in order to receive the University of Zagreb financial scholarship.
