Introductory lecture for enrolled students in the 1st year of Medical Studies in English, September 14, 2026
The introductory meeting for the first-year students of the Medical Studies in English programme was held with the participation of the students and course coordinators on Monday, September 14, 2026, in the Čačković Hall.
Prof. Davor Ježek, Vice-Dean for the Medical Studies in English programme, welcomed the students to the School and gave a short presentation about the city of Zagreb and the School of Medicine.
Each student briefly introduced themselves, shared their country or city of origin, and explained their motivation for choosing to study Medicine in Zagreb. The course coordinators presented their respective courses, provided the students with basic information about the programme, and welcomed them to their studies.
The meeting concluded with the teachers wishing the students a successful and rewarding academic year, and the rest of the faculty staff also joined in these warm wishes for a successful start and an enjoyable and fulfilling student experience.
