The Centre for Career Planning in Biomedicine and Health of the University of Zagreb School was established with the desire to actively include the School into the future employment of our students and other doctors in Croatia, in order to facilitate their finding a job and help them in the most appropriate choice of specialisation.
The Centre operates through the HR planning programs in biomedicine and health care, professional orientation regarding the specialization selection, research of factors and processes influencing occupational choice, legal aspects of career planning in biomedicine and health care, teaching skills of mastering one's own career, and professional orientation at the level of post-specialist training.
The Centre organizes professional meetings and educational courses with a focus on career planning in biomedicine and health care.
