The Committee for Extracurricular Student Activities is regulated by the Regulations on Approving and Co-financing of Student Projects/Symposia/Congresses.

Pravilnik o odobravanju i sufinanciranju studentskih projekata

The Committee evaluates and approves projects and recommends to the Vice-dean for Administration and Finance their financing up to the secured funds for Applications which the Committee received at least seven days prior to a Committee meeting.

The Committee is obligated to evaluate the submitted Applications and recommend their financing to the Vice-dean for Administration and Finance no later than thirty days from receiving the Application.

The Committee meetings are regularly held once a month (every second Tuesday), with a possibility of an extraordinary meeting if necessary.
