Legal:

• Provides opinions and advice on legal matters in the activities of the School
• Provides opinions and expert advice
• Prepares and completes cases for lawyers
• Performs professional and administrative work for judicial opinions
• Prepares copyright and service contracts and performs other legal tasks

Human Resources:

• Conducts procedures for appointments to scientific, scientific and teaching, teaching, and associate titles
• Hires new employees
• Prepares plans, records, and personnel reports for specific periods
• Prepares and implements employment contracts
• Drafts decisions about termination of employment contracts
• Collects and processes employee data
• Drafts proposals for decision forms relating to employment
• Records all forms of education and training
• Carries out health and pension insurance of employees
• Performs other related auxiliary tasks

General Affairs:

• Handles School office operations
• Registration office tasks
• Arranges for the registering, delivery, and dispatch of letters to and from the School
• Provides duplication and photocopying, sorting and binding of materials
• Archives and extracts archival material
