The Board for Selection of Teachers, Researchers and Associates conducts procedures for appointments to professional, associate, scientific, teaching, and scientific-teaching titles.

Additionally, for every academic year it carefully plans and ensures the implementation of the employment and advancement plans of teachers as well as implements human resources policy which is distinguished by a transparent selection of young staff.

The Board meetings are regularly held once a month, one week prior to the Faculty Council regular meetings in order to prepare the materials requiring the Faculty Council members’ approval.
