The Board's work on plans, programmes, and evaluation of postgraduate studies is regulated by the Regulations on PhD Programmes.

The Board for Plans, Programmes, and Evaluation of Postgraduate Studies is a permanent expert committee of the Council for Postgraduate Studies which coordinates activities and balances the criteria in the process of designing programmes and evaluation of postgraduate studies. The members of the Board are appointed by the Faculty Council, on a proposal from the Vice-dean for Postgraduate Studies and with the agreement of the Dean.
