The Alliance4Life Databases of Thesis Committee Members and Co-mentors

The Alliance4Life partners are making databases of individuals who are willing to serve as thesis committee members and/or co-mentors to PhD students in A4L institutions. By completing this questionnaire (required time 5-10 min), you agree that your name will appear in these databases, which are going to be available to Alliance4Life partners.

IMPORTANT! If selected, thesis committee members must commit to participation in thesis committee meeting(s) in person. Travel expenses will be covered by the Allaince4Life_BRIDGE project.
